YMade for your site
If there is no way to buy ad space from you
You are losing money on your own site right now
Somebody tried to advertise on your site this month and gave up. They went looking for a way to buy, found an email address, decided it meant a week of emails, and closed the tab. You never knew they were there. Pyrobid gives you your own ad platform, where they sign up, fund an account and upload their ad, and it goes live once you approve it. Five minutes to set up, $29.99 a month.

Your front door
Here is your advertise page
The page where businesses sign up to advertise on your site, under your name and in your colour. They fund their own accounts and upload their own ads, and nothing runs until you approve it.

Advertise on Your Site
Create an account, add funds and upload your ad.
It goes live once Your Site approves it.
On Starter, $29.99 a month, it lives at yoursite.pyrobid.com. On Pro, $99.99 a month, it runs on your own domain, like ads.yoursite.com.
Nothing has been set up yet. This preview was made from the name and colour on your site.
Your platform, under your name, with your logo and your colours on it.
And it is the same platform that ran advertising for Bitcoin.com for five years.
Where it goes
Three leaks, running today
The cut
An advertiser pays a network to appear on your site. The network keeps part of it and passes you the rest. You never see the invoice and you never set the number.
The empty slot
Every placement you have not sold this month earned you nothing this month. That space existed, people saw it, and it was worth zero because there was no way to buy it.
The buyer who left
Somebody wanted to advertise with you. They found an email address and a promise of a media kit, decided it was a week of back and forth, and closed the tab. You never knew.
Your advertise page today
"Interested in advertising with us? Email ads@yoursite.com for our media kit and rates."
A buyer with a budget and twenty minutes reads that and leaves.
Your advertise page tonight
"Create your account. Add funds, build your campaign, upload your ad. It goes live once we approve it."
Same visitor, same budget. Except now there is a button, and it works while you are asleep.

Setup
Five minutes to your first placement
No developer. No sales call. No contract. No migration. Whatever is running on your site today keeps running the whole time.
Pick the shape
Banner, sidebar, in article, sticky, interstitial, native. Whatever you already have space for becomes a slot an advertiser can buy.
Type your price
One number. What a thousand views from your best markets is worth to you. Every other country prices itself from that, and nothing below your floor is ever allowed to run. You do not need to already know the going rate either, because the field starts from published CPM rates for your countries.
This is the box a network has never once let you near.
Paste the tag
Copy it out of the portal, drop it into your template where you want the ad, once. If you have ever installed an analytics snippet you are overqualified. That is the whole technical portion.

The first advertiser
You do not need advertisers. You need a front door.
This is the part everyone worries about, and it is the part that is already built. Any slot you have not sold shows an Advertise Here card, in your colours and with your logo on it, that links straight into your own portal. Your empty inventory goes looking for the buyer instead of sitting there earning nothing.
No setup. Every new slot starts with it.
Sell direct at your price. Fall back to what you already earn.
Point the fallback at your existing ad code and both run at once. When you have sold a placement directly, your direct ad goes out and you get your price for it. When you have not, that same slot falls straight back to AdSense, apart from one view in ten that shows your Advertise Here card. You can switch that off.
You are never choosing between the two. You sell what you can at your price, and AdSense keeps working on the rest.
Hands off
Set it up once. Then forget it.
Turn approval to automatic and the whole thing runs without you. Somebody signs up, funds an account and uploads their ad, and it is live. Anything unsold falls back to AdSense or shows your Advertise Here card. You are not running an ad business. You are running the site you already run, and it sells its own ad space in the background.
Orders take themselves
The portal shows the slot, takes the money and schedules the campaign. No quote, no invoice, no email thread, no you.
Ads approve themselves
Leave approval on manual while you are curious, then switch it to automatic once you have seen the sort of thing that comes through.
Empty slots work anyway
Nothing sold this week? The fallback keeps earning, and the Advertise Here card keeps telling readers the space is for sale.

Ownership
Four things that stop being theirs
The brand
Your logo, your colours and your name on every screen, at yourname.pyrobid.com, or on your own domain with Pro. Your advertisers deal with your business, not with us.
The price
You set the floor on every slot and nobody can go under it. No revenue share, no mystery eCPM, no quarterly email telling you rates have softened.
The advertisers
They are your customers, with accounts on your platform, in your list. When they want to run again they come back to you. Nobody stands in the middle of that.
The money
Advertisers pay you, through your own payment gateway, into your own account. Pyrobid never touches it and takes no cut of anything you sell. You pay us $29.99 and that is the entire commercial relationship.
Upload a logo, pick a colour, and it is your platform.
Getting paid
No payment gateway? No problem.
Every portal ships with the voucher system switched on. You issue a code for any amount, your advertiser types it into their account, and the credit lands in their balance ready to spend on your placements. No merchant account. Nothing to apply for, and nobody who gets to turn you down.
Issue a code, hand it over, the credit is in their account.
Take the money your way
Bank transfer, invoice, crypto, cash in hand. However you already get paid. It goes straight to you, we never see a penny of it, and you issue the code once it has cleared.
Sell from tonight
No merchant account application. No underwriting. No six weeks of waiting to be told your vertical is on a list. Vouchers are live from the moment your portal exists.
Seed your first advertiser
Hand somebody a token amount of credit and let them run something. The cheapest way to turn a maybe into a live ad on your site and a report they can show their boss.
And if you do have a gateway, connect your Stripe account and card payments switch on in your portal alongside vouchers. You are the merchant, the money is yours, and we still never touch it.

Their side
What your advertiser gets for the money
A real self-serve portal under your name. They sign up, build a campaign, set a budget and watch it deliver in real time. Live impressions, clicks, CTR and spend, broken down by country, browser, device and network, updating while the campaign is still running. Not an email thread and a screenshot at the end of the month.
Live, while the campaign is running. Not a monthly PDF.
Every campaign and every creative lands in your queue before it runs. You look at it, you say yes or no, and nothing appears on your site that you have not seen. Or turn approval to automatic and never look at all: the ad goes live the moment it is submitted.
The five year test
This ran the advertising for Bitcoin.com
For five years, across one of the largest crypto sites on the internet, in a category most mainstream ad tech will not touch. Over a billion impressions. Their partnerships director put it in writing and offers to take calls from anyone who wants to check.
Five years, one outage
One material incident in five years of continuous operation, on a site that could not afford to be down. That is their account of it, not ours.
The vertical nobody serves
Crypto is the category mainstream ad tech refuses. This platform ran it at scale for half a decade, which is why nothing here is going to flinch at your niche.
The same screens
Approve or reject ads, run campaigns, watch impressions and clicks in real time. The screenshots further up this page are those screens. You are not the beta test.
Reference letter on file from their BD and partnerships director, available on request.
The number
What this normally costs
A portal where advertisers buy your inventory themselves is not a new idea. It has just always been priced for people with a procurement department.
It is not cheap because it is small. It is cheap because we decided to sell it to you instead of to an agency.

Founding rate
$29.99 is the price for as long as you stay
Not an introductory rate that doubles in month four. Not a code with an expiry date on it. The people who come in at the founding rate keep the founding rate, including after the public price goes up.
Cancel and come back later and you come back at whatever the price is then. That is the only catch, and it is the whole catch.
The rest of what you are thinking
Answered, in order
"My site is crypto. Nobody will touch me."
Crypto, cannabis, betting, adult adjacent, firearms. You already know which lists you are on. This is not a network deciding whether to accept you, it is software you run yourself, so there is nobody in the loop to say no. And card processing being refused does not stop you either, because of the voucher system above.
"My traffic is too small for this."
A network needs you to be big because it is buying in bulk and reselling. You are not selling in bulk. You are selling one placement, on one site, to somebody who specifically wants to be in front of your audience. Small and specific is the easiest thing in advertising to sell directly, and it is the hardest thing to buy anywhere else.
"I do not have time to run an ad business."
You are not running one. Setup is about five minutes a slot. After that the portal takes the order, takes the payment, and serves the ad. The only thing that needs you is approving a creative before it goes live, which is a look and a click.
"Will it slow my site down or wreck my layout?"
The tag loads asynchronously, so it waits for your content rather than the other way round and it cannot hold your page up. The slot renders at the size you picked, in the spot you put it. Take the tag out again and your page is exactly as it was.
"I also send a newsletter."
Then sell that too. Add it as a zone, set a price for each send and paste one snippet into your email. Sponsors book a send and pay in the same portal, and you approve it first.
"What if I hate it?"
Cancel from your account page. Cancel inside the first 14 days and no money moves at all. We would rather you left in week one than left in month six writing to your bank about a charge you did not recognise.
Every day you leave this, your ad space sells at somebody else's price
Fourteen days from now you either own an ad platform or you are still forwarding enquiries to a folder and meaning to look into it. It is five minutes and $29.99.
Start my free trial14 days free. Then $29.99 a month. Cancel any time.
Your trial starts the day you sign up and runs 14 days. We take your card at signup and charge nothing during the trial. On day 15 the card is charged $29.99 and then once a month after that, until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page, including during the trial. Your statement will read PYROBID. Pyrobid is software you run yourself: it does not supply advertisers, it does not guarantee sales, and it makes no promise about what you will earn.
