One document, one address
The privacy policy that covers your account with Pyrobid lives inside the platform. The one published at that address is always the current one.
It is not repeated on this page on purpose. Two copies of a legal document drift apart, and then nobody can say which one applied.
Who is responsible for what
For the people and companies who subscribe to Pyrobid, Pyrobid LLC is the controller, and that policy is the notice to them.
For the advertisers, publishers and website visitors of a network running on the software, the operator of that network is the controller. Pyrobid acts only as their processor, on their instructions, and does not use that data for its own purposes or sell it.
If you were shown an advertisement
Pyrobid is not the right place to ask. Every network built on the software publishes its own privacy policy at its own address, and your rights are exercised against the operator of the network you dealt with. If you write to us anyway we will pass it on where we can tell who to pass it to.
