One document, one address

The terms that govern your use of Pyrobid live inside the platform. They are the version you accept when you open an account, and the one published at that address is always the current one.

It is not repeated on this page on purpose. Two copies of a legal document drift apart, and then nobody can say which one was agreed to.

Who you are contracting with

What Pyrobid is, in one line

Pyrobid supplies advertising server software as a service. It does not operate your network, supply advertisers or traffic, review what runs on your pages, or hold your money. Those are yours, and the terms say so at length.

Your own advertisers and publishers

They do not agree to these terms. Every network built on Pyrobid publishes its own terms of service and privacy policy at its own address, from the day it opens, and the operator can edit them or point at documents of their own.

So the agreement your advertisers accept is with you, not with us.
