FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Pyrobid?
Pyrobid is a white-label ad server that lets website owners sell and serve their own direct ad deals from $29.99 a month, with their existing ad network kept as a fallback.
How do I sell ads directly on my website?
Instead of routing an Advertise Here page to an email inbox, Pyrobid gives you a branded self-serve portal where advertisers register, fund an account, build a campaign and upload their creative themselves. You approve and it goes live.
What is a white-label ad server?
It is the software that decides which ad to show in each slot and serves it, running under your own brand rather than a third party's. Pyrobid is a white-label ad server you can run for a flat monthly fee.
How do I run my own ad network?
You sign up, add your site, set your placements and prices, and share your portal. Pyrobid handles the serving, targeting, reporting, fraud filtering, and payments, so you operate your own ad network without building the infrastructure.
Do I have to remove AdSense or my current ads to use Pyrobid?
No. Your current ads stay on as the fallback. Direct deals fill first, and anything unsold falls back to your existing network, apart from one view in ten that shows your Advertise Here card by default. You can switch that off.
How much does Pyrobid cost?
Three plans: Starter at $29.99 a month for up to 1 million impressions, Pro at $99.99 a month for up to 5 million, and Enterprise for anything above that. Starter and Pro are self-serve with a 14-day free trial, no setup fees, and no revenue share on your direct deals. Enterprise is custom terms.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. The live demo is a real tenant with real data in it, read only, and the login is published on the page. No card, no trial clock and nothing to cancel. After that there are 14 days free on an account of your own.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes from signup to a live placement. No code rewrite is required.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. On Starter your portal runs on a Pyrobid subdomain (yourbrand.pyrobid.com), and on Pro it runs on your own domain. Either way it carries your logo, your name and your colours. Advertisers see your brand, not ours.
What ad formats does Pyrobid support?
Static banners, sticky and anchor units, interstitials, native, native interstitial and native exit. Publishers can also set a custom HTML house ad that serves when nothing else fills the slot.
Who is Pyrobid for?
Website owners who already sell ads the manual way, and publishers in restricted or high-scrutiny verticals where mainstream ad tech will not operate.
