For advertisers

Advertise in a newsletter

Pick a send, upload your ad and pay, and it goes out in that email with your link.

A newsletter on this network sells one sponsor per send. You pick the send, upload your ad and pay, and it goes out in that email with your link.

Book a send

  1. Open Create Ad and pick the newsletter beside the ad types, or Newsletter in the menu, or the link the newsletter gave you. You see how many people get it, how many open it, and every send coming up with its price.
  2. Pick a send. Bookings close a set number of hours before each one, and a send somebody else has booked says so.
  3. Upload your ad: a picture three times as wide as it is tall. 900 by 300 is ideal, 1200 by 400 is sharper on phones. PNG, JPG or GIF, up to 1 MB.
  4. Give the address it links to, and a short line for readers whose email hides pictures. They see that line instead, and it links to you too.
  5. Press the button. It says what it is about to do: pay from your balance, or pay the rest by card.

Paying

The price comes out of your balance, the same balance your website campaigns use. If your balance is short, you pay the difference by card straight away, and the send is held for you for 30 minutes while you do. Nothing is taken for a send you do not end up with.

After you book

The newsletter's owner looks at each ad before it runs, and you get an email when they approve it. If they decline it, or do not get to it before the send, the money goes back to your balance, ready for another send.

Make the picture do the work. It sits in the middle of somebody's newsletter with the word Sponsored above it. One clear line of text and one offer reads better at that size than a busy banner.

See your clicks

Your bookings are listed under Your bookings on the same page, with the clicks each ad got. Mail filters open every link in an email before a person does, so those, bots and repeat clicks from the same person are left out.

Run all of this on your own site.

Every screenshot above is the real product. Your advertisers see the same screens under your brand, and on your own domain from the Pro plan.
