Parenting blog media kit template
Family brands buy parenting blogs for parents at a particular stage: expecting, babies, toddlers, school age. This template says which stage your readers are at, then sells spots, roundups and the newsletter. It is laid out for a blog about babies and toddlers.
An example kit: Two Under Five and its numbers are made up. Every field opens in the free generator, ready for yours.

What goes in a parenting blog media kit
- Which parents readThe age of their children, or whether they are expecting. A stroller brand and a reading app want different parents.
- Monthly numbersPageviews, visitors, newsletter subscribers, and Instagram or Pinterest if parents find you there.
- Guides parents return toSleep, feeding, gear. Three titles say more than a description.
- Spots and roundupsBanners in guides, a mobile banner, tested product roundups that are labelled, and a newsletter slot.
- Your standardsIf you only include products you have used with your own family, say so. Brands and readers both value it.
- How to bookPrices and a booking link, so a small brand can book a month on its own.
The ad spots to sell
Parenting blogs read on phones, often one-handed, so a 320 x 50 banner along the bottom and a 300 x 250 inside guides do most of the work. Tested product roundups and a newsletter sponsor round it out. The ads speak to parents; children are not the audience.
Pricing
Banners start at $4 per 1,000 views, the low end of the direct range we publish, and the newsletter at $15 per 1,000 subscribers per send, the low end of the range beehiiv quotes for general interest newsletters. Roundups are priced flat, on the testing and writing plus the reach. The ad rate planner works out a monthly price from your own traffic.
Let brands book from your kit
Your kit tells a brand what you sell. With Pyrobid they can buy it: they sign up on your own branded advertise page, add funds and upload their ad, and nothing runs until you approve it. Your current ads keep running, and you take payment the way you already do: a voucher turns a bank transfer or PayPal into ad credit, and cards work through your own Stripe if you connect one.
